So the temp today is 85 degrees, and feels like 89. And I decided to hit the pavement for a run to mom's house. Things were good on the highway, the breeze from the cars was nice. Turning off the highway onto Mack Bayou, the asphalt was cooking me alive. And I was really wishing that I had held off eating those mexican lentils Jamie made last night... Oh the burn. One thing that has always amazed me about the Vibes, is that they handle heat really well. Especially Florida heat, that can melt the sole off of a normal shoe at times. Something about the high grade rubber I guess.
But other than that, I have been keeping the muscles stretched and primed for action.
Oh yeah, on a side note, for those of you who haven't heard me talk about it in person, we bought an Airstream trailer a few weeks back. I have been redoing
