28 Mile Video Blog

Well, I hit the road this morning for 28 miles. It was a good go. I took the camera with me and strapped it to my camelbak shoulder strap. Every few miles or at my pit stops I would make a video entry.
I took a spill while running. My first fall. I tripped on a seam in the sidewalk and toppled onto my left shoulder. Thankfully, I fell on the grass beside the sidewalk. After realizing that I had fallen, I looked up at the sky for a moment. I stood up and brushed the blades of grass off me and kept going.
The weather is getting cooler down here in Florida. It kinda sucks, because I prefer the mild-fall weather as opposed to wearing gloves, hat, tights, etc. Enjoy the vid.
